Hemaderby is a two-day-six-hour roller derby based on the human blood system and refers to the absurd means a body will go through to produce white blood cells.

Skaters representing various cells in the body circle a large warehouse space rigged with theatre lighting.  The colored lights create reflections from their mirrored helmets.  As skaters pass under lights they create red blood cells, platelets, and most importantly, white blood cells.
