This performance deals with issues of visual stereotypes experienced in daily lives. By confronting scopic regimeswhich rendered the “overweight” and racial gendered bodies as other, Ellsworth and Takemoto attempt to make visible those representational codes which continue to define identity and difference. They explore ways to image bodies that are always already over determined.
