Ellsworth is Associate Professor in the School of Art, Herberger Institute for Design and the Arts, at Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona. Her research crosses disciplines of drawing, performance and installation.

Join author Tania Katan and Angela in Italy for their writing and drawing workshop this summer. Topography of Memory takes place May 21-28, 2012 at Castello di Spannocchia which is an organic agricultural estate just south of Siena.

Ellsworth has taught at the Art Institute of Florence-Lorenzo de Medici in Florence, Italy with Rose Shakinovsky and Claire Gavronsky. She has also taught performance and visual art workshops throughout the United States, Iceland, and Italy.
